We are a free, youth-friendly mental health service for young people (12-25) living in Adelaide's North.
Adelaide Northern headspace can help if you are:
• Feeling down, stressed or worried
• Finding school, uni or work overwhelming
• Thinking about cutting down on your drinking or other drug use
• Want to talk about your sexuality, gender or other sexual health issues.
• Having difficulties with relationships, friendships or your parents/carers.
• Being bullied, hurt or harassed
*Getting help*
There are a range of services that can help you and/or your friend or family member:
• If you’re interested in accessing Adelaide Northern headspace, please call us Monday-Friday 9am-5pm on (08) 8209 0700. Our Facebook page is for information purposes only.
• Your friends and family, teacher or school counsellor, or GP can all refer you to Adelaide Northern headspace or a similar service.
• If you just want more information about headspace, please check out the national website at www.headspace.org.au or our local website at www.headspace.org.au/adelaidenorthern.
• If you would like to access online support, www.eheadspace.org.au provides online and telephone counselling between 12.30 pm Adelaide time and 12.30 am Adelaide time.
